Yongye Gas builds oxygen production stations for local paper mills in Vietnam to help upgrade the green paper industry

On February 27, 2024, Yongye Gas officially signed a cooperation agreement with a local paper mill in Vietnam to build an efficient and environmentally friendly oxygen production station to support the green upgrade of its paper production line.

1. Improve the efficiency of bleaching process

The oxygen production station will provide high-purity oxygen, replacing traditional chemical bleaching agents, significantly reducing the use of chlorine elements in the bleaching process, reducing the generation of toxic by-products, and improving paper whiteness and fiber strength.

2. Strengthen wastewater treatment

After injecting oxygen into the wastewater treatment system, it will accelerate the decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms, reduce chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), and ensure that the discharged water quality meets Vietnamese and international environmental standards.

The oxygen production equipment provided by Yongye Gas this time adopts the "double tower adsorption+adsorbent separation" technology, and the oxygen purity can reach over 93%, and the operating energy consumption is reduced by 20% compared to traditional processes. The project design also incorporates an intelligent monitoring system to adjust the oxygen supply in real-time to match production demand, avoiding resource waste.
