The oxygen production station is designed using vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) technology, with a production capacity of 3000Nm ³/h, fully covering the oxygen demand of customers in core processes such as blast furnace smelting and pipe casting. The system is equipped with an IoT monitoring module to achieve real-time control of key parameters such as oxygen purity (≥ 93%) and pressure.

Compared with traditional external purchase of liquid oxygen, self built oxygen production stations are expected to reduce the oxygen procurement cost of cooperative customers by more than 50%, and reduce energy waste through waste heat recovery systems, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1500 tons per year.
